How to Stay Healthy On the Holidays

The holiday season means more parties, more shopping, more eating, more stress, and, of course, more colds and flu! So how can you healthy during this busy time?
No excuses. If you are with people, you are vulnerable. If you have children, doubling your chances of getting sick.

1) Take your vitamins.If taking vitamin C and E and a multi, it’s great.
2) Do not eat too much. It is not healthy for your body to yo-yo weight. Tighten your clothes and what causes stress. Eat small. Eat slowly.
3) the fluids. Abundant Water is best. It keeps your body well hydrated, to kill bacteria in your system. Alcohol also clouds the meaning.
4) Get to rest properly. If you are tired, it is easier to catch a cold. Your body will come to rest, even to force if it has got some!
Most often, gifts are not necessary anyway.
5) Think of “joy” this holiday season. In other words, if it is a chore, if you are unhappy, is to do something, then you should not do. If you enjoy for themselves, then they go.
6) Find ways to reduce stress. There are several ways you can add your life stress during the holidays. Allow time in your week. Create a beautiful holiday memory as outlined opposite.
Exercise gives you clarity of thought, increases your energy and stimulates the metabolism. It strengthens the heart and helps digestion. It helps you relax and reduce stress.
